Principaux enseignements

More than half of the personnel of ICN is composed of graduate students and postdocs from more than 11 different countries. Training through research and teaching is an important activity of most of the PIs and researchers of the unit who have strong involvement in neuroscience training programs in Paris (Ecole Normale Supérieure, UPMC ; Interface Physics-Biology in University Paris Diderot) and the Paris-Sud area (Grandes Ecoles : Ecole Normale Paris-Saclay, Polytechnique and Centrale-Supélec ; University Paris-Sud). ICN is also implicated in teaching computational neuroscience in high profile neuroscience summer schools (e.g. NeuroBridges 2018 Computational Neuroscience School organized by A. El Hady, Y. Loewenstein and D. Hansel).

UNIC and later ICN have been very active in obtaining European funding for training through research by Marie-Sklodowska-Curie fellowships and integrated European training networks (EU-ITN).
